What can we find to say that is good about DocuSign DOCU 0.00%↑ ? Fundamentals are worsening more slowly than they were. Meaning, the deceleration in revenue growth is less marked; TTM EBITDA margins continue to climb and the yawning delta between cashflow and EBITDA (caused by poor working capital performance in the prior three quarters) is starting to close.
The stock is demonstrating an accumulation pattern. Huge volume within a sideways range at the lows.
If you forgot the ticker was DOCU (boo, hiss! bad!) and you went back in time 6-9 months, you would see tech stock after tech stock where all the above was true, on fundamentals and on the chart. And many of those names have since broken out to the upside.
